Engineering Lab
About This Program
The Engineering Laboratory is an advanced educational environment designed to develop the next generation of engineers and technology professionals by combining theoretical knowledge with practical engineering experience. Launched in 2024, the program has already produced its first cohort of graduates who gained fundamental engineering knowledge and project development experience. The program follows a structured two-phase development path: Phase I focuses on mechanics and engineering thinking — including mechanical systems fundamentals, mechanism assembly and testing, robot construction, and engineering design thinking. Phase II advances to electronics and UAV systems — covering microcontrollers and sensors, control systems, UAV architecture, drone operation, and programming basics. The laboratory operates based on engineering education best practices, applying project-based learning, hands-on engineering education, team engineering projects, industry exposure, and engineering mentorship. Approximately $10,000 in total funding has been invested to support equipment acquisition, learning infrastructure, and sustainable program development. The laboratory actively collaborates with leading technology organizations and industry professionals to ensure alignment with modern engineering standards. For Hi-Math, this initiative represents a strategic priority aimed at developing highly qualified specialists from an early stage and building a sustainable engineering talent pipeline.
Program Focus
